Website Development

We pride ourselves on our development skills where we develop for the future, taking into account a project's short-term requirements and long-term scalability. We develop using our own in-house CMS, providing a back-end management solution that meets your exact requirements. Our CMS is wonderfully scalable, as well as user-friendly and intuitive, ensuring ease-of-use for even the most computer-phobic of users. We've been building our codebase since 2005, which means we include a range of value-added services and clients automatically leverage off our extensive skillset.

E-Commerce

Goldfish's speciality, we've been working on leading e-commerce websites since the year 2000. We've implemented every major payment gateway available in South Africa, as well as the following renowned international payment gateways: PayPal, Realex and WorldPay. Our experience includes third party payment processing and implementation of enterprise solutions.

Graphic Design

As an extension of our design services, Goldfish also offers graphic design for print, covering all aspects of a company's corporate ID, from design of logos, brochures, business cards, letterheads, etc, to more sophisticated requirements, such as roller banner design and vehicle branding. We can either provide the artwork print-ready, to be sent to your printer in PDF format, or we can manage the printing process for you, using our preferred 100% BEE printer based in Cape Town.

Social Media Integration

Social media has become an essential component of a company's online presence. We offer social media strategy, implementation and measurement, recommending the social media options best suited to you, your target audience and your budget. Instead of the typical shotgun-splatter approach, we focus more on targeted and niche social media interactivity, combined with custom web development, ensuring meaningful engagement with your target audience.

Email & Sms Marketing

Goldfish offers email and SMS marketing services which includes email template design, campaign management and reporting. For sending of emails and smses locally, we adhere strictly to the requirements of South Africa's ECT Act. For international clients, we ensure we comply with USA's CAN-SPAM laws.

Wordpress Themes

ABOUT US

Goldfish is a small new media agency working remotely between Cape Town and Wilderness (on the Garden Route). We're ideally suited to biggish small businesses and medium-sized businesses. At the moment we're an all-girl team ... Fran is the owner and web developer, Nicky is the amazing graphic designer and Jazzy keeps things going with big wags and loving licks. Jazzy also does other things, but we try to ignore those. Our customer base is predominantly in Joburg, with clients in Durban, Cape Town and the UK as well. Communication is primarily via email, with the occasional meet-and-greet.

The Skin Spa is a luxury spa in Harare, Zimbabwe. Stockists of Clarins products, they offer a wide range of treatments and they needed an online presence to showcase their services. We created a website that presents their business in a calm and reflective way. The website uses Site Manager, Goldfish' custom CMS, which enables The Skin Spa to update their treatments, galleries, tips of the week, and keep in touch with their customers via newsletters.
